


In 2019, Columnar acquired this 100-acre partially developed Industrial Park through a friendly foreclosure sale in Lee County, FL. Columnar was successful in winning approval of a land use change and zoning that changed the site from commercial and apartments to 1.1MM SF of Industrial and 200k SF of commercial. The property was sold to Walton Street in October 2024.



Columnar is currently constructing three rear-load, tilt-wall industrial properties strategically located within the Double Branch master-planned development. The property will serve a rapidly-growing demand base along the major I-75 corridor with easily-divisable floorplates to meet a variety of tenant requirements.

Heirloom is a 485-acre master-planned community in Georgetown, TX a suburb of Austin, set to break ground in early 2026. Plans include 3,000 homes, 30k SF of neighborhood commercial space, and 60 acres of parks, with a focus on walkability and diverse housing.
