Jeff Porter, P.E.

Jeff brings over 20 years of comprehensive experience, including all aspects of land acquisition and development for two top-ranked national homebuilders, a national REIT and private developers/homebuilders in Florida. As Executive Director, Jeff leads operations and land development for Columnar Communities across Columnar’s sunbelt markets as well as the Land Investment platform in Florida.  Prior to Columnar, Jeff led the expansion of NVR's regional growth in Central Florida to become a top tier builder in the market.  As a civil engineering consultant, he designed and permited retail, multifamily, industrial, healthcare and theme park projects throughout Central Florida. Jeff earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and maintains his PE license in the state of Florida.
