As Executive Director of Land, Michael leads acquisition efforts in Florida as well as master planning and product development for the Land Investment team. Michael has been involved in all aspects of acquisitions and development for public and private sector real estate for over 25 years. He has closed more than $4 billion in residential and mixed-use developments. Prior to joining Columnar, Michael was Vice President with regional responsibility at Kolter Homes, WCI Communities/Lennar, and Toll Brothers, with experience across the Florida markets. He is a veteran of the Army National Guard serving as a logistics officer and Master Planner for the Texas Adjutant General’s Department. Michael earned his M.B.A from Baylor University.
