As Director of Operations, Sean leads all land entitlements and construction of our Florida projects for Columnar Land. Sean has over 25 years experience leading land development in Central Florida. He began his career as a licensed Professional Engineer designing and permitting a diverse and expansive portfolio of residential, commercial, roadway, and institutional projects. Sean then led land development for a national homebuilder, including responsibilty for due diligence, entitlement, and construction support throughout Central Florida. Sean earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and maintains his PE license in the state of Florida.
