As a Financial Analyst with Columnar, Neil supports all verticals of the business through detailed financial modeling, underwriting, and evaluating land acquisition opportunities, maintaining project pro formas, and leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis efforts. Neil has over 10 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience across the homebuilding, property management, and senior living sectors, with a strong track record in performance analysis and operational support. Prior to joining Columnar, Neil was a lead analyst for one of the largest single-family and multi-family homebuilders in the Central Florida market. Neil holds a B.S. in Applied Economics from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
