Blair Green

As Director of Industrial, Blair is responsible for overall operations, development, and property acquisitions for Columnar’s industrial platform. Since 2019, Blair has originated and developed 3.9 million square feet of Class A industrial property and acquired 1.6 million square feet of existing, value-add industrial assets. Before joining Columnar, Blair was a Principal and Founder of Rise Industrial Group, an industrial development and investment platform. Rise successfully developed multiple Class A industrial projects in Central Texas. Prior to Rise Industrial, Blair was the Dallas-Fort Worth Investment and Leasing Officer for EQT Exeter, one of the largest industrial real-estate investment managers in the world. While there, Blair grew the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial footprint from 12 million square feet to nearly 17 million square feet. Blair holds a B.A. from the University of Texas and a J.D. from the SMU Dedman School of Law.
